Customer Service receives an enquiry from customer |

Hang Fuk staff visit customer's premises and find out client's requirements & details |

Provide customer with Formal Quotation |

Make appointment with customer regarding the exact date & time of removal |

Prior to moving, essential accessories would be supplied & delivered to customer |

(e.g. carton boxes, cellotapes, bubble sheets, packing sheets, etc.) |

On the day of removal (arrival on time, finish on time and no need for tipping) |

Collect accessories from customer (e.g. carton boxes, cellotapes, bubble sheets, packing sheets, etc.) |

Within 72 hours after completion of removal, Customer Service would contact customer |

to collect his / her feedback on our service |

The feedback report would then be reviewed by Hang Fuk management |
