Customer Service receives an enquiry from customer

Hang Fuk staff visit customer's premises and find out client's requirements & details

Provide customer with Formal Quotation

Quotation approved by custome

Make appointment with customer regarding the exact date & time of removal

Prior to moving, essential accessories would be supplied & delivered to customer      
     

 

(e.g. carton boxes, cellotapes, bubble sheets, packing sheets, etc.)

On the day of removal (arrival on time, finish on time and no need for tipping)

Collect accessories from customer (e.g. carton boxes, cellotapes, bubble sheets, packing sheets, etc.)

Within 72 hours after completion of removal, Customer Service would contact customer      
     

 

to collect his / her feedback on our service      
     

10

The feedback report would then be reviewed by Hang Fuk management
